I’ve got to be honest here, before creating WorkLodge I was one of those folks that would go chair shopping and pick whatever I could find, as long as it was less than a couple hundred dollars. I’d look at one, maybe sit in it for a few seconds and that was the extent of my research.
When we started working on this business, I started to dig a little deeper because I knew our goal was to deliver a premium experience and level of quality, and I figured there must be more to the chair ‘thing’ than I knew.

I’m Randy Lovelace, owner of The Woodlands branch office of Paragon Independent Insurance Agencies, Inc. I’ve been in the insurance business for just over 30 years. In 2004 Paragon was formed and I opened the very first Paragon location in Nederland, TX.
I relocated my office to The Woodlands, TX on Jan 1st of 2006 and started the process of meeting new friends through The Woodlands Area Chamber and other area networking groups. I’m married to my wife Dawn Candy. We have three kids between us, with a combined total of 7 grandchildren.
