Today we officially ‘got results’ for a second time this year as we confirmed, in partnership with the Gabriel Foundation (our non-profit) that our SECOND orphanage for 50 children will officially open in December!

Almost anyone that’s ever bought a home knows that there are many things that go into the final purchase price.

What does buying a house have to do with coworking space? Well, you can find a 4 bedroom home with 1 bathroom in a regular neighborhood or you can find a 4 bedroom home with 6 bathrooms in a luxury neighborhood. The nicer home is going to cost 10 times as much as the basic home, but...

Coworking has evolved from its humble beginnings. It started as something that resembled an enhanced coffee shop, open communal spaces (typically smaller) filled with friendly freelancers and solopreneurs looking to stave off the loneliness of the grind, working around others dealing with the same things they were.

Today, the coworking landscape is very different. The high caliber, professional coworking spaces have taken things to a level even most Fortune 500 companies would be proud of.

I received this letter today from one of our newest Members (and a Startup), wanting to tell her story of her first 30 days at WorkLodge. So many people ask us what life at the Lodge is like compared to other office space. I’ll let Lauren explain why in her own words!

Taking the plunge from virtual member to officing Lodger at WorkLodge took some faith and a tad of “crazy” if you ask me. After graduating from fashion design school in 2016, I became a virtual member at the Vintage Park location, not only to legitimize my brand (with a physical business address), but also to chat up fellow entrepreneurs on occasion.

Be Bonkers

A little nutty, a little kooky, we’re not limited by what others think. We fight above our weight and think the impossible might just be possible.

‘Bonkers’ is an Englishism. It means many different things depending on the context but for the most part, being bonkers means you’re out there, crazy, unique and just maybe a little nuts!

We celebrate our Members and Coworkers, putting their needs ahead of ours recognizing that this will build an incredible Community.

So often today people are ‘out for themselves’, eager to get ahead no matter who they crawl over to get there. At the Lodge, we wanted to build a different kind of business. One where our team and DNA is ‘out for everyone else’!
