Can we book a training room for a full week?
Yes. Multi-day and week-long bookings are handled directly with our team. Send us your dates and the size of the group and we will confirm what is available at each location.
How is a multi-day booking priced?
Rooms are booked by the hour or by the day, and longer programs are quoted from your actual dates and room needs rather than a fixed package. Tell us your dates and needs and we will put numbers to it.
What is your largest training space?
The Training Room at Vintage Park seats up to 20 in a classroom-style setup. At WorkLodge Woodlands, Mad Hatter seats up to 12. Room availability varies by date.
Can we leave materials in the room overnight?
For continuous multi-day bookings, ask us when you share your dates — we handle it room by room based on what else is scheduled.
Which location should we choose?
WorkLodge Woodlands (25700 Interstate 45, Suite 400) suits groups traveling the I-45 corridor from Conroe and Spring. Vintage Park (118 Vintage Park Blvd, Suite W) suits Northwest Houston, Tomball, and Cypress.
