Can you help with catering?
Yes. Want lunch brought in? We can help arrange catering on request. Talk to our off-site specialist about your plans.
Which rooms can we book online?
Mad Hatter at WorkLodge Woodlands seats 12. At Vintage Park, Impact Room seats 12 and Training Room seats 20. Choose your campus to see current online availability.
What if we have a larger team?
The Large Training Room at Vintage Park is planned for 35–40 people and is coming soon. The WorkLodge Woodlands Training Room for 16 is also coming soon. Requests are accepted now for both; a request is not a confirmed booking.
Can we plan a quarterly or annual team off-site?
Yes. Choose an available room that fits your group, then check dates through online booking. For an upcoming room, share your preferred dates and group size in a room request.
Does a room request reserve the space?
No. We’ll follow up about your requested room and dates. Coming-soon rooms cannot be reserved online yet.
