Each WorkLodge location has meeting rooms available in 4 sizes: small (2-3 people), medium (4-6 people), large (6-8 people), and training room (16-18 people).
Our Vintage Park location is located at 118 Vintage Park Blvd w, Houston, TX 77070. Our Woodlands location is 25700 I-45 Suite 400, The Woodlands, TX 77386.

Meeting Room FAQs
Is it confusing for my guests when they arrive?
Not at all. Our WorkLodge team will be ready and waiting to meet and greet you and your guests, will escort you to your meeting room and help in any other way needed during your booking.
How much does parking cost?
Nothing. Nada. Zip. It’s included at all locations. You’ll never be asked to go park across the street at the grocery store.
How many people can use the meeting room I book?
Our meeting rooms are sized by the number of people they can comfortably hold. Simply book the size that matches the maximum number of your guests and you’re all set.
Can you help with lunch and snacks?
Absolutely. Just let us know at least 2 business days ahead of your booking and we can assist with catering and make sure snacks and drinks are freely flowing. Coffee and fruit infused water are always included at no extra charge.
Can I connect my computer to your display?
Sure can. Windows and Apple both have wireless connectivity but… we all know how easy tech is to use (!) so we recommend bringing a long HDMI cable as a backup.

Do I have to be a WorkLodge member to use a meeting room?
No! Our meeting & training rooms can be booked by everyone, at any time. However, our Private Office members enjoy discounted pricing on all bookings so if you need somewhere to work as well, talk to us to see how much you could save.
Are amenities included with the meeting rooms?
Yes! Meeting room guests can enjoy all of the amenities WorkLodge has to offer from the fruit-infused all the way up to the free parking and ultra-fast Wi-Fi.
