Yes. WorkLodge offers team offices for 2–10 people at WorkLodge Woodlands on the I-45 corridor and Vintage Park on the Hwy 249 corridor. For a five-person team, compare the commute, desk layout, privacy and client meeting needs at each location. How much does a five-person team office cost?
Published team-office pricing is approximately $425–$695 per person per month. For five people, that works out to approximately $2,125–$3,475 per month as an illustration, not a quote for an available office. The actual total depends on the office, availability and agreement term. Internet, utilities, cleaning, furnished workspace and parking are included. Setup terms, any service retainer and included meeting-room credits are confirmed separately in your quote.
Are there really no long-term agreements?
WorkLodge offers month-to-month, 1-year, and 2-year memberships. No traditional commercial agreement, no CAM charges, no triple-net surprises, and no early termination penalties. Members who prefer longer terms get better pricing and priority on space.
What's actually included in the monthly price?

Is parking included?
Yes, always free at both locations. WorkLodge Woodlands has a dedicated private 4-story parking garage that serves only our building — not shared with any other tenants. Vintage Park has free surface parking for members and guests.
Can I bring guests and clients?
Yes. Both locations are designed for client-facing work. Meeting rooms with 4K displays, complimentary refreshments, and parking for your guests are available to all members. The WorkLodge Woodlands garage means your clients never circle for a spot.
