Today we're getting to know Randy Lovelace with Paragon Independent Insurance!
Randy is easily one of the nicest people you'll ever meet which is a pretty reassuring quality in an insurance agent. Randy has had office space at WorkLodge - Woodlands for over a year and is known for greeting anyone he sees by say "Morning!" regardless of the time of day.

Who are you? What's your company? How long have you been in business?
I’m Randy Lovelace, owner of The Woodlands branch office of Paragon Independent Insurance Agencies, Inc. I’ve been in the insurance business for just over 30 years. In 2004 Paragon was formed and I opened the very first Paragon location in Nederland, TX. I relocated my office to The Woodlands, TX on Jan 1st of 2006 and started the process of meeting new friends through The Woodlands Area Chamber and other area networking groups. I’m married to my wife Dawn Candy. We have three kids between us, with a combined total of 7 grandchildren.
What does your company do? Why do you love it?
We offer insurance products for home, auto, boats, motorcycles, flood, commercial, general liability, commercial packages, worker's comp, and non-profits. Our mission is to set the highest standards by keeping our customer's best interest and needs as our central focus in the way we transact business. My approach is all about relationships. We love to help our clients/friends get the right protection for their particular circumstances. One of my biggest loves and passion is working with the non-profits in our area with either their insurance needs, or by volunteering and promoting them. Helping out the organizations that help our community is so satisfying.
How does your office at WorkLodge help your business? How has your business grown since you've been a member?
Officing at WorkLodge has absolutely helped my business by providing me with a professional and modern office suite that clients love to come to. When they walk in, they immediately tell me how impressed they are. The energy throughout improves productivity and I love being able to meet and get to know all the other members.
What's your favorite WorkLodge feature or benefit?
My favorite feature of WorkLodge is the extremely helpful and friendly staff! A close second is the openness and energy throughout the office suites!
What's an unexpected perk to officing with WorkLodge?
It’s a toss up between all the natural light and the infused water in the common area.
